Old soap ID please

I have a sealed soap as in the attached photo that I was told is a Surrey and was purchased about 20 to 25 years ago.

Could you please tell me more about it if you recognize it? Is it tallow based or something else? Equivalent to the current VDH Deluxe?

Would it still be safe to use it after such a long time?

I know some members love old tallow soaps, does this one have such value at all? I prefer modern day chemicals on my face, but it may be useful to someone else.

It should be safe enough. It isn't particularly sought-after as far as I know.

I don't know what it is but it is definitely safe to use.

I don't know if the Surrey from the 80's was tallow or not.

I'd use it, there isn't anything in that soap that should be any more harmful or likely to cause a reaction than a modern soap.

BTW, I was slam dancing and shaving twenty five years ago, so watch it with the "old soap" stuff, will ya?
