Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Light day - 20 minute timer:

About a 2.5 minute warm-up. In the remaining 17.5 minutes, rounds of:
  • 1 single KB clean and press - right (24kg)
  • 2 single KB front squats - right
  • 1 single KB clean and press - left (24kg)
  • 2 single KB front squats - left
  • 3 pull-ups
  • Swig of water, 8 deep nasal breaths, and back to the beginning
  • Get in as many rounds as possible.
Got in 10 rounds.

4 strides, 4 hill sprints.
 
Cleared some brush off the vegetable garden and did a quick till. Cut in a new flower bed in the back yard, about 7'x3' for Mrs. Scandalous, very thoroughly tilled that so all she has to do is drop her flower babies in there. And I saved several large pieces of turf from that to patch some bare spots in front, we'll see if they take.
