Finished up a landscaping project today. Over the last few days, we dug up the weed infested herb garden. Yesterday, I hauled out several wheelbarrows full of excess dirt. Today, I installed the new plants and mulched around them.
Age 70,
I did my ( usually) once weekly long jog, 6.2 miles (10K). Modified warm up due to sore shoulders, yoga stretch, 25 push-ups from my knees, 25 sit-ups, quad and knee stretches. I’ve had to leave out the planks. But before that I spent 45 minutes with the sledge hammer breaking concrete off of old pier posts to use for fill. (Shoulders are probably not going to get much better, oy ).
