O Captain! My Captain!

Recently, I was one of three lucky PIF winners of a bottle of Captain's Choice Venture aftershave. This stuff smells expensive. I feel like I went up to the fanciest salesperson at Saks Fifth Avenue and asked for the best they have. I've come to learn that Venture is Captain's Choice's interpretation of Creed Adventus, which is quite costly stuff.

The ingredient list is short and simple, my wife loves it, and I am appreciative for the generous PIF. Thank you, Captain!

I got the sample AS from the captain recently.
Venture is my favorite scent. Sandalwood is nice too.
The bay rum, cat of nine tails and North all smell exactly the same to me.

Cat o’nine is a bay rum with a bit of kick so they should smell the same.

The North is an entirely different profile. Wonder if you got a mislabeled sample.

Venture is absolutely top notch stuff. The rest of the line is supposedly due out before the end of the year - soaps, balms, etc. Definitely on the b-day request list!

A balm with that fantastic scent would be worth double whatever they charge.
