New Synthetic Brush

Anyone have any views or know of any reviews of the following synthetic?

well, they're pretty much non-absorbent, would be good for travel for that reason. wouldn't see them being too bad for lathering, just a different technique (water on the soap/cream instead of in the brush)

I've never seen one like this before. I just bought it and will see how it stacks up against the others I have.
