Thought I'd post up some of my razor acquisitions for everyone to see:
A Gotta 120 from the antique mall.
I've had this one for a while but never posted it. I has a crack in the back scale at the pivot pin, but is tight and seems stable. Surprisingly it was sharp, but not shave ready when I got it. I used it to try my hand at honing, and surprised myself with a pretty decent edge. I've been shaving regularly with this one.
Some recent antique mall finds. A Shell 6/8, and 2 Bokers. All need restoration work. I've started sanding the Shell.
The 2 Bokers
King Cutter with a chip at the toe, and another Boker. The second Boker came in a King Cutter box, but doesn't look like the King Cutter, so I'm not sure what model it actually is. Both need work.
This just arrived from Ambrose
Joseph Allen and Sons near wedge with bone scales. My first wedge razor. The scales on this razor are amazing. Photos don't show the amazing detail in the bone.
