yes....I would say the kremlon a/s is a tad more potent than osage or the penguin...I arrived at this conclusion by scientific experimentation...my testing apparatus consisted of an old shaving cream cap,and a bottle of penguin,kremlon and osage....after each shave I filled the cap to the brim and applied to my face....a week with each bottle of aftershave...I choose kremlon as the most potent because it induced (by volume) more tears than the other two !! I feel that is a fair conclusion...however,there is a new contender,one I have not tried yet.....from paris comes .."hughes eau de glaciale"... aka hughes ICE WATER.....so potent it is sold only in thick heavyweight glass bottles..this one is rumored to be a real bruiser...I hope one day I can try it....
