New Brush - Simpson Duke 3

I've been using an AoS pure badger travel brush for the past 10 years. I recently moved from a Gillette 15 blade razor to a Safety Razor and so I thought I'd get a new brush as well. I bought a Simpson Duke 3 Best Badger brush and I did not know what I was missing out on!!! I face lather and could not believe the difference, it's like I was rediscovering wet shaving all over again. I highly recommend this brush and I also highly recommend West Coast Shaving, where I bought it from...and too many other things to mention...

I got one off of the B/S/T the other week and I love it so far. The size, shape, and density all seem perfect for my preferences. Just an all-around great performer.

I got an LE with a jade handle and two band super hair a couple months ago directly from Simpson. Now I see that they are offering the Best hair in their LE handles, which they weren't when I got mine. If they had been at the time I may have opted for the Duke 3 in Best instead of two band super because of all the wonderful reviews I've heard about the Duke 3 in Best. At any rate, I love my Duke 3 two band as well.

I got a Duke 3 best from the BST a little while back and it is as soft as a silvertip! I really want to get a 2- band Duke someday....or if Ben wants to trade! JK

Oh no..... the Duke 3 Two Band Super is arguably the best "all around" brush I have..... I just had to pay an arm and a leg for it.
