The Blackland Razors Ti Blackbird is very efficient, very smooth and very effective!

The Edwin Jagger Imitation Horn (25mm Synthetic Silver Tip) is one of my top synthetic brushes. Very enjoyable!

Staying with GFT Limes this week. Start with a damp brush, load heavily and often and GFT is capable of good, slick lather with nice post shave skin feel!

Gabel's Lime (with Menthol) is a refreshing and satisfying splash! Pinaud Clubman Citrus Musk finishes things nicely!

The Blackland Razors Ti Blackbird is highly efficient, wonderfully smooth and highly effective. I can easily use the Ti 'Bird as my daily DE driver and get DFS to DFS++ (with the occasional BBS) without nicks, weepers or irritation. The Ti Blackbird is a joy to use!

The Zenith S10 26mm Synthetic has good backbone and scrub - especially for a synthetic. Plus, I really like the handle. Very enjoyable!

Staying with GFT Limes this week and using a modified lathering process. Start by blooming the puck for 5 minutes (or so). Use a minimally damp brush. Load heavily (and often) - then load more prior to lathering for each pass. Add a very few drops of water as needed. My preference with GFT is to build a really thick Lather in the Captain's Choice Copper Bowl and then paint the Lather on nice and thick. Using this process, GFT is capable of good, slick lather with nice post shave skin feel!

Back to the excellent Pinaud Clubman Virgin Island Bay Rum for my aftershave!

Sprayed on some Cuba Orange EdT Spray prior to heading out to a lunch meeting. Matches up wonderfully with the VIBR. Very pleasing!

The Mixed Metal Fatip Lo Storto Originale looks cool and shaves great! The FOCS + German Bolzano blade is a consistently wonderful combination. Efficient, smooth and effective - the FOCS rocks!

The Omega EVO is an outstanding synthetic brush that I reach for regularly. Plus, it stands up to the GFT Limes and whips up a very nice lather!

The Omega EVO is an outstanding synthetic brush that I reach for regularly. Plus, it stands up to the GFT Limes and whips up a very nice lather!

BOSC SCIENCE meets George F. Trumper's Limes. Placed a nickle sized dollop of Cremo in the Captain's Choice Copper Bowl, loaded the (damp, not dripping) Omega EVO with lots of GFT Limes, added drops of water as needed and build a very nice lather. Could it be that the small amount of Cremo helps to stabilize the GFT soap? Stay tuned to Sunday's shave. BOSC minds want to know!

Today, I went with the wonderful Old Spice Classic as my aftershave!

Sprayed on some Cuba Royal EdT Spray prior to heading out for the afternoon. Very pleasing!

Loaded lots of GFT Limes using the damp Omega EVO and built my lather, adding drops of water as needed. The result? Easier to build a very nice lather that retains the wonderful GFT Limes scent and post shave face feel. BOSC SCIENCE RULES!

BOSC SCIENCE meets George F. Trumper's Limes:

1. Bloom the GFT Limes and place a penny sized dollop of Cremo in the Captain's Choice Copper Bowl:

The Hand-tied 2-band High Mountain Manchurian White Badger Knot blends soft tips, backbone and scrub in appropriate proportions. Lathers beautifully with great flow through. Outstanding performance!

I like both the TiBam Ti New York and Timeless Ti TRH8 Crown handles on the Vector. Lighter and larger diameter than the stock handle.
