Need info on a razor "Rough Rider"

By the price, I am guessing they are not much. But Gold Dollars are =/< the same price. They have a couple that have etchings relevant to my/my boy's interest. If they were Gold Dollar quality, I would likely buy a couple. If they are Pakistani..... perhaps not. Any one have any input?

Is this smokey mt knife folks? They are RSO - razor shaped objects that are really just a pocket knife made to look like a razor. Not for shaving

I do believe I seen "smk" somewhere in my reading. Which would fit Smokey Mountain Knife. Thanks for the heads up.
