Need # 18 pen sac

In the process of re-sacing an Esterbrook Dollar pen, I realized I don't have the correct sac size. I need a # 18 because the pen is a full size Dollar pen. Does anyone have one to trade? I have some ink samples, razor blades and cologne samplers I can offer in trade. Thanks.

You can use a 16. That's what I use most of the time. The lack of a spacer in the barrel means the sac length is longer anyway, so you get more ink than a J series pen anyway.

Thanks for the response. I'll have to post a picture of the sac that was on the pen and the nipple it fit over, because I don't think a #16 will be nearly big enough.

You can spread a sac quite a bit. It may be tight but it will work.

The first picture shows the Dollar Pen nib collar & sac on the right, next to one for a "J." They're clearly not the same size. I measured the outside diameters of both collars with the sacs on. The Dollar Pen has an outside diameter of 9mm, the "J" is 7mm. I assume the "J" has a sac size of 16, so what size do I need for the Dollar Pen? I've also included a picture of the Dollar Pen in question.
