My Trumpers Samples Dried Up

So I ordered a Sample kit from Trumpers Last May. Used about some of the cream samples and was trying to decide if I wanted to pull the trigger on a scent when... I got distracted and bought two tubs of AOS. Needless to say when I finally got back to the samples they where as hard as a rock . What really surprised me though, the scents have completely left the creams. I was wondering if anyone has had this happen with a tub of Trumpers or was it because it was such a small amount of cream?

cream is hydrated unlike soap that is dry(dryish). creams have a shorter shelf life because of it...it will dry out. the drying out is also the reason the scent left at least that is what i think.

I can't answer your scent question but can tell you that those samples are likely still usable if you can get them out of the packets in one piece. Just use them like a puck of soap, they will lather up just fine and probably last longer than if you had used them as a cream to boot.

The same thing happened with a couple of my GFT samples. Like hte previous post says, you can still use them. Just pry a little out and flatten it in a shaving bowl. Put a few drops of water in it first if you can't get it out of the container. You might get a few chunks in your lather, but it should still work fine. I would imagine the scent will return a little when you lather it.
