Got a couple of brushes from Matt a couple months ago but didn't get the chance to take pics and show 'em off. Here they are:
The one of the left is a TGN Finest 22mm that Matt set into a cool handle he made to my specs. I wanted it sized to fit in a vulfix travel tube so I could take a couple of different brushes when I am on the go. He nailed the size perfectly and it fits in the tube great. I have a comparo pic below with the Vulfix. The one on the right is a cool blue Chubby style handle he made for me that I stuck a TGN Synthetic 24mm in myself.. I wanted a full size brush to take travelling and I like to use a synthetic on the last day of my trips because they will be packed wet. Unfortunately I just can't get to liking these synthetics very much, and I really only use it for travelling. I like the blue so much though I wish I just put a Badger knot in it.
Another photo to get a different view.
Here is a shot of the two travel brushes and their travel tubes. They're both great for travelling but Matt's travel brush with the TGN 22mm Finest set nice and low definately creates a scrubby and exfoliating brush experience that the Vulfix can't. The TGN knot does take a while to dry probably because its set pretty low, so it isn't good to use for travel unless it has a full 24hours to dry.
