My new custom DBP shaving mug

Check out my new custom made shaving mug from Dirty Bird Pottery Didn't have a chance to whip lather in it this morning but there is a shot with my Thater soaking in it to give you an idea.

Its 3.5" wide and 2" deep. IMO the perfect size where its big enough to whip up lather and shallow enough so that the brush doesn't clank against the edges.





Finally my hunt for that perfect shaving mug comes to an end.

very nice. i love my bill bowl to look at, but find it clangs the brush too much. 1/2" shorter would have been perfect, likes yours


is that glaze called "randy's red" by chance?

Yeah I love it. Julie @ DBP is a great vendor to deal with.

I just asked for a Shiny Black Glaze and left it to Julie after that.

A little pricey but mainly due to the shipping to Singapore. However, so far I think it was worth it!
