What's new

My first fragrance purchase in a million years

Oddly....I've never been into wearing any scents whatsoever.
My fiance, gave me a sample that she got with one of her purchases.
For her, I gave it a try....I really liked the way it smelled and how I
would catch whifs of it all throughout the day. It actually affected
my mood in a positive way. "ah, there's that smell"...or something like that.

my nose isn't trained, so I can't tell you what "that smell" is, but it's
a good one.

I got online this morning and picked up a bottle.

That's great Jess!

Plus the one you picked up is excellent too.

Frankly, every man should own at least ten perfumes.

A couple of each of the primary genres.

A couple of leather, citrus, woody, resinous, floral &chypres.

haha....yeah, I wouldn't know what to do with 4 or 5 bottles. 180.....I don't even know where I would keep them all.

I do appreciate the encouragement though...I'm sure I will expand my scent library...a LITTLE bit.

The more the merrier! My suggestion is to get them from a decant supplier(we have several here and there are a number on the web) in 1ml quantities, and then buy bottles or larger(5-8ml) decants of the ones you like. You can get a fairly large collection going w/o spending TOO MUCH(relative term!) moolah.

Congrats....I agree with Hotreds, buy samples and decants to find the one's that you "really" like. Good luck not getting sucked into the rabbit hole ;-)

Thanks for sharing and reminding me that I should wear fragrance more often.

Good advice....Are the suppliers we have here listed in the Vendor's area? What about online?
