Another option: I bought mine from The Modern Man, which appears to be a UK site, for $32.50 but I believe their shipping is slightly less.

I got my Muhle 89 grande from the modern man. $49 shipped. Just took a week to get to the US, which is very reasonable.

Some places sell head only for $15-20. I like to use my Timeless handles with my R41 head.
