Marlin High Speed Blades Date Help

Need a little help in trying to nail down a time frame for a blade.
I managed to come across a cased Red and Black Gillette NEW in near mint condition (pics will follow soon in the razor main forum) that had two blades with it,one still in the razor and one still wrapped(unfortunately the wrapped blade is rusted as well).
Considering the overall condition of the blade in the razor was only slightly rusted the razor had to have been stored away in a fairly dry location but I'm hoping the wrapped blade can give a clue to when the razor was last used.
From what I've been able to find out Marlin Arms made DE blades from about 1933/34 to 1969 but no real narrowing down the time frame for my blades.
The wrapper is the dark blue with the Marlin name at an angle underlined with a sillouette of a rifle with the words double edge under the rifle.
If you flip the blade the words High Speed run the long side of the wrap.
Thanks in advance.

I'd seen some info stating 1969 but I did find a Marlin blades ad on Ebay from 1938 with the similar wrapper so I'm guessing my blade is very late 30's very early 40's.

The entire history of the company selling blades is 1935-69. The date I was referring to was for the question asked, when was the term High Speed used on the blade packaging. The book about Marlin has the fullest history of this companies foray into marketing razor blades.....

My bad,the page in question was blocked out for some reason so I was unable to view it.
So it looks like the razor is very close to "new".
