Mama Bear Soaps Question

Okay, after all the rave reviews, I would like to try some her soap. The question is this; which one? I am looking for a lighter scented soap. The soaps in my rotation are MWF, Cade, Cyril Salter Lavender, and some others with what I would categorize as a light, clean scent.
Any suggestions here, fellas?

There are just so many to pick from. I'd narrow things down as to what type of scent you like most (citrus, musk, foody, etc. etc.) and go from there. Or, email Mama Bear with some scents you like and see what she suggests. Maybe something that will compliment a favorite cologne or something like that. Having to pick from her site can be overwhelming.

Then, of course, there's always Czar's Choice. hehehe.

It's hard to know what your threshold for "lighter" might be exactly (since I've seen some rather strong lavender soaps, but don't have the Salter). However, I think these scents from the MB lineup are not very overpowering, but are also some of my favorites that she sells.

Ye Olde Barbershoppe (as mentioned above. this is a lightly sweet smelling mix stuff in between an amber, light bay rum and clubman talc)

Good Morning Honey. Warm honey with maybe a hint of floral.

Toasted Coconut. The true magic is when you smell the warm lather, it's really inviting. (do i have to explain it smells like coconuts? :p )

Polynesian Red. (soft blend of tropical fruits, citrus.. really quite nice)

Im trying to coax her into making a new scented soap, based on an aftershave i was going to make.. Hopefully she will make it.:biggrin1:

I wouldn't call Hydrogen "light".

It's like getting slapped in the face by a potato sack of glad plug-in oil cartridges.

Get the Bergamot.

Light, sweet, citrusey, perfect.

Another vote for Bamboo - very nice, woody/grassy and light.

Dublin Tweed (Green Irish Tweed type) - green, light and awesome; complements many green AS and cologne scents ( not that it lasts long enough to really matter)

+1 to the Ye Olde Barbershoppe suggestion - not light as one said, but what I would consider a "soft" fragrance.

My favorite has been the Frankincense and Myrrh. Smells incredible. It doesn't smell like Christmas at all. Beautiful and elegant, but no feminine. Almost regal. It's hard to explain. Kind of like a mild spice with a very light powdery note.
