Anyone know about how long it takes for mama bear to process a order I ordered my soap like a week ago and it still says processing on her web site.

I did no reply
I have noticed that a lot of the time when I order from them my order will arrive at my doorstep before the website updates. I also know a week or so ago Sue said they were having someissues with the mail plugin on their website.

I had the same experience. I ordered a puck last Friday morning and it was on my desk Monday, well before the website even listed it as shipped.

Mama Bear's is usually very prompt. I'd try contacting them again.
