macho-lime

a while back i posted about the Macho a/s that i found in the Dollar Tree.it comes in a bottle resembling brut but is peppery smelling instead of sweet.i had pointed out the stuff was cheap enough to experiment with.
so recently i decided to mix it up a bit.i blended:
1 oz Macho
1 oz Pinaud Lime Musk
4 peppercorns
3 drops of glycerin
all into a small Franks hot sauce bottle.

the wife gave it a sniff after i had it on a few minutes and commented"a soft smell ,i like it"
now i'm wondering about Macho Musk

I think it smells great "plain"!

it's ok by itself.
but this way i make my own limes and peppercorns a/s.
i may have to go into the shave shelf and see what else it may blend with.

So where do you get the peppercorns? Sounds very interesting

the black pepper grinder in the kitchen.i also put some peppercorns in my old spice-bay rum mix,they add a subtle scent.just a little extra layer to the scent.

I've been using Macho and like it. Might need to try something like this in the future.
