Looking for a good moisturizing lotion

I've been using tend skin as an aftershave but want maybe a lotion or something that is good for moisturizing. I'm thinking something from the Nivea lineup but there is so many aftershave balms and even just other creams, 3 in 1's, etc. Since I'm not specifically looking for a post shave balm, which would you recommend from them? It seems like they have a specific means moisturizing "24 hour" but it's 75ml and 8 bucks. Is just one of there bigger regular pump lotions good enough orrr? I'm looking at my local drug store but there is 121 Nivea items....

I liked Nivea sensitive post shave balm for awhile, but it left my skin too tacky. Same with Nivea replenishing.
I like the Neutrogena post shave balm quite a bit now. Face feels smooth non-greasy afterwards. $7 for 100 mL but you don't need much perday so a bottle lasts me a couple months with daily use, maybe 10 cents a day!

Great stuff.
Cheers.

I have a tendency toward red, dry skin near my nose and lotions never helped for more than a few hours. When I started using quality aftershaves those problems completely disappeared.

Try Proraso lotion, it has a little eucalyptus oil to soothe, also refreshing.

I was using Nivea ASB for sensitive skin, that was until I used some of my wife's Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream. you don't need to use much. I use it on my (bald) head, face and neck. it's great for dry skin and also skin prone to rashing after a close shave. it's easily absorbed by the skin and doesn't leave you greasy. highly recommended (ymmv).

that sounds good, all my life i've hated lotions because i hate how they feel greasy and don't seem to absorb into the skin. maybe i'll get some of that and some nivea sensitive. the nivea i have is anti-irritation. i'm not really sure i notice it doing anything?

that's more of a spash, isn't it? with alcohol? i'd like to get some to rotate with my tend skin buttttt no where sells it locally and it just seems like a waste of money to order it. i've been wanting to buy it for over a month now. i might have to try and work it into an order or somethinggggggg.

Jack Black's Dry Erase.

It is expensive because it works. I use it only when necessary, and it always has remedied the worst of rough and dry patches within a day or two.

I’m not a fan
Have you considered the Speick line? They make a ASB & AS that have natural ingredients. I use them both, love them!

The Dove Men+Care sensitive post shave balm really nails the non-greasy, absorbs and completely disappears thing IMO. I mostly alternate between it and the Nivea sensitive, which I've been using more of late. The Nivea isn't as good in that aspect, but is still okay and it is a soothing joy to apply.

I just picked up some Vaseline Men's lotion (for face/body), it has a good scent, quick absorbing, and only $5 for a big pump bottle.

Mama Bear has her lotions back and I am very pleased with the sample she sent me to try out. Moisturizes well and absorbs quickly. Not greasy at all.
