Not in, but what store did you find these in?

(I have a $3 Chinese Tech clone that I still haven't used. A $1 TTO is just too much danger for me.)

It actually might not be bad. A while back, Dollar Tree was selling a similar TTO and blades under the "Pacific" brand. The razor was cheap but mild and the blades were decent. The biggest trick was making sure the razor was closed tightly enough.
