OK, gentlemen - here is the illustrious Pinaud Shaving bowl -

unadvertised in the dbay listing was the inlaid paper that was stuck to the cover (guess the seller didn't see it).

Speaks for itself, eh?

The soap does NOT smell like Lilac Vegetal. Thank goodness. It smells like old tallow soap - in fact, it wouldn't surprise me at all if this is rebranded Yardley (they all are). It does not appear to be of the highest-end in shaving goodies. Cool though.

As far as my dbay search string... don't have one. What I do have, obviously, is too much time on my hands.
