Yes, I cut it in the morning, when the oils are concentrated in the tops.

Probably make some aftershave with it.

Admit I have to investigate, while growing more ... perhaps a simple alcohol infusion? Witch hazel infusion?

Can't do steam-distill.

I did a shredded lime rind soak in Everclear - came out green and fragrant! Didn't last long, by 95% alcohol got the oils out. FYI.
