Lathering Cella

Should one face lather or bowl lather Cella? Got my shipment in today and have to see what all the fuss is about :biggrin1:

Yes!
enjoy it and discover what works for you and your face.
you are likely to discover that you enjoy both or one over the other depending on the situation.

I just got some last week, and have used it everyday since!! face lathered, but that is my preference for everything at the moment... who knows what tomorrow will bring..

Either way is fine and works. In fact, I recently made a stick out of the soap to take with me when I travel.

In the past I usually bowl lathered. Now I split it about evenly. However, with Cella it doesn't matter to me how you use it. The lather I get from it either way is top notch.

Cella and I had a close encounter this morning. Love the smell and got a DFS with it even though I slightly over hydrated it, love this stuff may have to get the brick before the Sabatical. Why do some say the brick is better than the tub?

As everyone says, try both and see which you prefer. I usually bowl lather, but occasionally face lather, and I love the stuff.

I don't think it matters. I face lather all of my soaps and Cella is one of my favourite. I use the "Marco Method" (slightly modified) and find it to be very, very slick. Enjoy!

I got my Cella Tuesday... face lathered yesterday and bowl lathered today, and it is awesome. Gobs of slick lather either way, the smell is great, what's not to like?

Cella is the easiest lathering soap I think I have ever used. It's thirsty, so if you have any problems add water. It can be hot or cold water.
I'm no expert, but it was my first soap (croap? what an ugly acronym) and always gave me good results just face lathering. That said, Marco's method just elevated it to next level! Conclusion: it really likes an unexpected amount of water.
