What's new

KMF, I'm sorry

I've treated you like the Walmart of wet shaving creams. I haven't given you the respect you deserve.

Your prices are awesome

you containers are huge

you lather very well

Your scents are unique

etc etc etc

I have nothing bad to say about you, and I'm sorry it took me sooooo long to rediscover you.

BTW, BRICK AND MORTAR ALERT> Meijer (midwestern superstore/grocery) now has KMF creams in the makeup/moisturizer section in Health & Beauty.:thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1:

If the stuff didn't burn the crap out of my face I'd happily use it. Never again. For those that can use it without issue, it's a good value.

For anyone who hasn't, try the KMF Olive Oil and Aloe bath soap. Good stuff for the shower. For the newbies, do not attempt to shave with it though.

I've used KMF for many years. Prior to finding Prairie Creations, KMF and Weleda creams were the only shaving products I didn't react to.

I like it but it's not my fave. Great product to make a super-lather though. And I DO love the scent of the patchoulli.

+1 :thumbup1:

If only they would bring back the Virgin Forest scent, which really smelled like a pine forest.

I just lathered up the lavender and shea butter KMF this morning and enjoyed a very smooth shave. The scent seems to become a little more prominent if you use it with a brush, but it doesn't stay around long. I love it and it never irritates my face.

I haven't tried any yet, but they sell it at the bookstore here. And I can always pick some up at Meijer when I go home!

+1, should use it again...

i treat it the same way. bought the big 11oz bottle a year ago and prb havent used it more than 25 times and its darn good stuff to.

After reading your thread, i went to the store and got myself some kmf, for the price and quantity you get it, is hard to beat. its good stuff.

I have a hard time getting a good lather on its own - but I DO love KMF patchouli superlathered with AoS Sandalwood. THAT is a mindblowing good combo.

I went and bought some earlier today...

Cool Mint, Lavender, and Key Lime which I used today.

This is some good stuff!!!!!
You have to use more water to get it to lather up properly, but it is some slick goodness!

Now, I will buy a puck of Tabac. This is will be the last of my soap purchases until I use most of my supply up.

I tired using this stuff brushless the other day. Just got my hands wet and face wet and rub alittle on my face using my finger tips. Not much lather to spaek of but it is extremely slick when used this way. I couldnt even get a grip on my face to stretch it alittle.
