Macallan rebranded for Kirkland/Costco anyone tried it? What do you think? I'm just getting into scotch.

Costco has a good reputation for private labelling and, of course, Macallan's has an even greater reputation all its own. The single best scotch I ever had was a glass of their 25 year old in hotel bar in Austin, TX. Try it and tell us what you think.

Well I've tried it twice so far and I gotta say it's really good. Ive been a Johnny walker black drinker, and I will continue to be but only because I can't afford to keep The macallan in the house permanent.
Doesn't seem like it"s being distributed outside the northwest yet? I heard about it from a friend in Seattle. Anyone find some elsewhere?
