Just got a bottle of Col. Conk Amber

I sent off for their sample pack and really liked the amber scent.

Anyway, I just got my bottle from West Coast Shaving, and it's glass! It also has a plastic plug in it. So, Col Conk users out there, do you just normally pull the plug or put a hole in it (to limit the flow rate when you pour it)?
