Looks like some sort of weapon - that thing is huge!

Wow! That is truly a beast! I wonder what the grind is.
My current biggest is 28mm which is approx 9/8. Got it for a song and its as near as damn unused. Full hollow Blasberg (obscure German maker). Sings like a bluebird when stropped and I just touched it up on my jnat this evening.

i have 1 razor thar i think of as large, it is a F W Engels full hollow 8/8+ but not a 9/8. it is mint with a mint original box.
I've got a 10/8 that Brian Brown made for me. It shaves very well and doesn't feel anywhere near that large.
This one belongs to a friend. The tang is nearly 3/4" tall

That Rogers is way cool. Pricey too. Nice score for whoever plunked down on that one.
I have to say though - that John's BB is 10x more attractive to me.
My largest is a garden-variety 1 1/16" W&B. Nothing special against the others above but it's still quite nice.

I have to agree. The Brian Brown is a tasty looking piece of steel.
By the power of greyskull that thing's a monster! How on earth would you shave under your nose with it?
