is this repairable/ usable still

question is can i get rid of the blemishes on this blade and get it to a usable state or is the blade already usable after I get it sharpened? Here's links since the pictures are small

Looks like a solid razor, no chips, minimal hone wear. Who is the maker?

You will want to do a sanding progression and polish before you hone the razor.

the blade is stamped with Alfr. st on it and the box it came in was a wester-stone co. but that's all I know

Maybe Solingen, Germany

Box says New York. But made in German on the side of it

I don't think the box went with the razor. How are the scales?
