Just won this auction for a gold plated Gillette New, well it might have lost its plating and is just now a polished copper. But for $27 shipped its still not a bad deal. This rounds out my 5th razor purchase, and I should really stop looking online for any more, and look for a nice holder for these.

But my real question is, how good of a deal was this? Considering it comes with it's case and razor holder. Looks like it might still be plated too.

It looks like it is, but I'm not getting my hopes too high till I have it in hand and get to test the plating lol

Looks great to me. And I'll bet it will be an excellent shaver. I probably don't need to say this, but be careful of the plating. I ruined the first NEW I bought on the Bay by overly aggressive polishing. Its condition was not as good as yours, but now it lacks all plating on the cap. Oops.
