Is this a Goodwill?

I just picked this up today, it's pretty beat up, but might make a good candidate for replating at some point. The handle appears to be the same as the Goodwill, but the head looks different. I didn't take a pic of the case because it's really dirty right now, but it's a red leather type of case, if that helps any in identifying it.

No. That is a common bar NEW. The Goodwills all came with the left over handles from the pocket edition Old Types, the handle also used by the early economy version NEW's.
