Is C. O. Bigelow Proraso?

I popped this today in a shopping mall perfume body shop and when I sniffed it the fragrance of Proraso green was what I'm almost certain I got!!!!
So is C. O. Bigelow Proraso? After all it says made in Italy on the box! Nice box too!

If it's the new one, my opinion is that it is as good as the old formula Santa Maria Novella ... or the difference is not worth worrying about. Probably now better than the current SMN from what I've read.
