I already have a Weber DLC with a UFO handle. I just find this head and handle to be a match made in heaven; they are both stainless steel and the DLC is the smoothest shaver I have tried.
A Weber PH would also be a great option as it is quite inexpensive for a stainless steel razor and it shaves extremely well.
You could add any of the stainless steel options to complement your other two razors.
Good luck.
I like my Vision 2000 best for its great shave, but I have to take it down, wipe, blow dry the adjustment mechanism, and reassemble after each shave to prevent corrosion. This is fast, it takes me about three minutes, less time than stropping and wiping my SR. For a no fuss adjustable, I like my Gillette Slim. I also like my non-adjustable Merkur 34G HD and 37C Slant. I also disassemble and wipe these alloy razors to keep corrosion at bay. For a new no fuss non-adjustable that might last centuries, I would look at one of the stainless steel razors.
If I had infinite funds, I'd try a Feather AS-D2 for the heck of it. Or a mild ATT with the open comb baseplate as well. Since I don't, they go on the "razors that are too expensive for me to really consider given how good my current ones work, unless I win the lottery" list.
It might help to buy a lottery ticket more than . . . never.
I want to try any Gillette NEW. They are not manufactured anymore so if it has to be a modern one, it would be iKon Deluxe. It is a replica of Gillette NEW Deluxe, but made in stainless steel.
An Ikon closed. There's Above the Tie as well but Ikons are just over £100 here. ATT is £130 which I would consider but I've not heard a bad thing about Ikon. Only downside is that they just make the slants now as demand was so high.
I have 16 razors, both modern and vintage. A Weber Bulldog ARC is my favorite. It gives an incredibly comfortable yet extremely close shave, and it's built like a tank. If forced to narrow down to a single razor, it is the one I'd keep.
The ATT set simply because it's the most expensive. Now If I had to keep only one razor I currently have it would be the Weber Bulldog ARC, that thing just shaves like a dream and sings like an angel.
Well, I pretty much have the one I want, a DE89. I think except for the material, the head design is perfect. Beautiful in appearance, flawless in performance.
