ID a razor, please?

Just looking through the auction pages and came across a likely one...the only problem is I don't know what it is! Anyone care to hazard a guess?

I have owned two of these. They were made in Germany, but I don't know much else about them. I do know they are a fantastic shave. It is one of my top five.
