I was at Indigo books today to pick up the new Jasper Fforde book, The Woman Who Died A Lot, when I noticed a small selection of soaps on a plinth near the stairs. On this, there was a selection of Portland general store products, consisting of both soaps and Splashes. I quickly picked up the Whiskey, gave it a sniff, and added it to my purchase. Since I was not expecting shave products in the books store, I was not able to prepare against the impulse of the AD, and was powerless to resist. Can't wait to try it out on my next shave, it should pair nicely with my DR Harris Marlborough soap. Anyone else encounter shave products in unexpected places?
I thought I had the ASAD under control.
