I need help deciphering my new cat.

I can't figure out what message the genetic engineers have encoded on the side of my cat.

L, at sign or theta, and the rest could be in Klingon or Vulcan.
He's obviously some form of Starfleet tech, their logo in on the other side.

He does have a head.

Because I hear that random stuff that vaguely looks like jesus or mary sells for big money on ebay and I think you could definitely convince people there's a deity there.
