I have a question re: AD

I got my first DE a few weeks ago (a '75 black-handle SS) at an antique store for 10 bucks.

I have kept my eyes peeled for antique stores (since my job takes me all over the place) just to look for razors. Today I scored a '66 travel Tech in a folding case for $7.50.

So the question is: How many razors does one buy before considered a sufferer of AD? hehe

I think you're diagnosed by the symptoms, in which case you're already a goner. Keeping one's eyes peeled for antique malls is a textbook symptom.

I think if you have more than one razor your a collector. That is just short hand for some type of AD

I reallized that I was afflicted with RAD when I found myself getting excited to go to the flea market and depressed the day after because I had to wait a week to go again. I think its more the thrill of the hunt then the actual finds that got me. I was eying over an old ever ready the last time, but I don't use SEs so I didn't buy it, but I still may.

I don't have RAD, because I don't consider it a disorder to want more razors than I need.

Actually, I'm not looking for any more at the moment. Haven't made any resolutions, mind you, just not looking.

Also I have found the best way to get through an AD is to embrace it, feed it with what it wants, soon you will find that it is gone...........only to be replaced by another!
