I Guess I'm Hooked!

Tomorrow I need to be up early to get to a lecture at 8 am. It's been a long time since I've been up and about that early so I was asking SWMBO about traffic, best time to leave etc. Turns out we'll both be aiming to leave at about the same time, something that hasn't happened in over a year. SWMBO suggested that to save time I could shave in the shower with a cartridge razor I have lurking around but...

I felt a deep reluctance to do so. I couldn't really put into words why, but I just didn't like the thought of it so by way of compromise I said I'd shower and shave before I went to bed.

I used Proraso and it was when I smelt the lather, felt my face tingle from the menthol and enjoyed one of my closest shaves that I knew why that cartridge held no appeal.

Yup....sounds like you're hooked for sure. I haven't touched mine in over two years except for some brief forays on travel!

To my family, my shaving supplies make me look like an obsessed whack job (and who can argue?), but I wonder if this is how twilight fans see their books and vampires?
