I'll admit it: I have about five hundred DE blades in my bathroom drawer. It happened quite innocently . . . my local barber supply shop was moving, and they put the whole store on clearance, and, well, doesn't stainless steel last forever? And how could I not? And now I have a 5-10 year supply of razor blades, which makes me feel a little bit silly.
Only, just this morning, I was paying bills, and I noticed, even after throwing out all the broken ones, I still have at least 50 pens and pencils lying around. Which has got to be well more than a lifetime supply, because I'm certain that I've had some of these since grade school (back when I actually used them all the time.) And you couldn't buy those pens for the $20 I spent on my blades . . . so either I have two problems, or none at all.
I won't even mention T-shirts.
