What's new

I bought a gas grill

And surprisingly, it has been awesome.
A two burner Charbroil commercial with infrared. Under $300.
We've cooked half the summer on it on one $18 tank of gas.
I cook everything on full heat, 650 degrees.
Only takes a few minutes per side.
It's fast, it's clean, easy, and cheap.
And it tastes great.

While I really like simple charcoal grills, the convenience of a gas grill is unsurpassed. It's used so much more due to the quickness of heating it up. Plus, nobody wants to be outside in a Chicago winter trying to start a charcoal chimney.

i have the 4 burner for almost 4 years & ive only had to change the thermometer 1x...it was probably my fault. if i had to guess i let the lid back down 1 too many times after a few cold ones
