After 3 uses, the paper wrapping around my Arko stick is toast. What's your solution?

I bought a 3 pack a long time ago online and smushed them down in a Tupperware dish. I load it like any other soap, works great!
Vintage aluminum shave stick tubes are readily found on the bay, and add an olde-time touch.

You could clean an empty deodorant container and smash arko in it. It will work with the dial to raise it up.
Home Arko is mashed into a Pyrex bowl, travel Arko is in a twist-up I found on Amazon.

Shredded and packed into a plastic bowl.
Shredded or sliced in the garage until the scent is gone. Then in a twist up stick container.
I just wrap some tin foil at the bottom of the arko soap for better gripping.
How do you like the twist up device for your Arko? Any real problems with it?
To answer the OP question, I shred it and put in a plastic tub.
I store mine in a medicine bottle.
Why is it toast? I just unwrap 1/3 off the stick, use it until down to the wrapper, take off another 1/3...
I ditch the stick. Slice it like a salami and press into an Old Spice mug.
This is what I do as well.
Cut into 2mm discs and then pressed into a Tupperware bowl with lid.
Twist up works very well. I'm not a big fan of shave sticks, but when traveling it does make things simpler. The twist up lets me toss the wet stick in my Dopp kit and take off, no mess. Could do the same with a medicine bottle or baggie, twist up is just a bit neater.
