Holy Duck! 8/8 Goldedge :) It does really exist.

Been laying low for a while....actually been busy working for fellow B&B'ers. Anyhow, wanted to share this. I have only ever seen one other......Never knew the Dubl Duck had etching on the blade. I did nothing to the front side of the blade to preserve the etching, back side took a mirror polish. A real treat I thought I would share. makes my heart race when its in my hand. I have honed it, but never used it.

Those were the last of the production Goldedges pearlduck sold. Probably bought from a generic razor maker because you see many razors with that exact etching mostly sold as momentos of Germany and in 7 day sets.

I've seen a few DDs like that. It is rare.

Thanks gents. After I got this, I spent literally hours researching the blade, as I never new an 8/8 duck existed. I found several references, but photos of only one other. I am the blind squirrel.......and this is my nut!!
