I was watching this auction too lol. I wasn't sure myself. I sure hope it is I love it when we get another in the bag for the site.

Dead center of the top-right pic. IDK if it is a double ring, but what else could it possibly be?
I hope so, but I'm skeptical..I think I see the one you are referring to and it looks like there is too much upper "shaft" to the first ring and the 1st ring looks smaller than the second....but I hope I'm wrong!

That's what I thought too, the handle in the center of the second picture definitely has two rings. And even if its not, I'm still ecstatic with the rest of the haul!
I don't see one. 
It has two rings at the collar, but it is not a Gillette Double Ring. The base plate is attached to the handle in a Double ring. Your razor is a three piece.
Sorry to pour cold water, but I don't think the one in the center of the top right picture is a double ring. I may be wrong, but it doesn't even look like a Gillette handle.

Oh well, like I said its still a nice find with some of the other razors in the lot, and at a very nice price. Did not realize the double rings were a two piece design, and didn't really buy the lot for the double ring anyway.
Yes, the bottom ring seems smaller

Well there are three parts to the DR but the handle and cap base is one piece. The screw type handle base and cap are the other two. The case and blade holder are not authentic of the DR case but they are always out there, you will find one soon enough.
