Help with ID

I picked this little guy up on the bay - arrived today. I looked through Krumbholz, and I am having trouble identifying it. The head and guard appear to be silver. The guard is marked with diamond logo and "Made in USA". There is no serial number on the guard or the handle.The handle is brass, and I didn't find any example in Krumbholz. It could be the wrong handle for the head and guard.

It looks like a Gillette Old Type head, but I don't know about the handle.

That makes sense. I figured the head and guard were an Old, although I don't understand the lack of a serial number. The logo would indicate it is not pre 1905. The non Gillette handle makes sense. Does anyone know anything more about Otto Roth razors? The head and guard look like an early New on the Otto Roth. Does anyone have an Old handle that would match the head and guard?

The Old Types from 1921-1928 dosn´t have a SN. The handle looks like a rare NEW thin common bar handle like this one:

But, didn't they have a patent number?

I have an old type I have been using and it was driving me nuts, almost as annoying as the tiny crack in the nice silver handle.
