HELP: My VISION Broke ... (sob)

Basically, the head detached from the stem. The metal appears to have just given way.

Any suggestions on the best way to have it repaired or replaced. Is there a contact at Merkur who is responsive to failures like this?

WOW that is a true shame, you just got that in the past month dident you? I think my first reaction would be to contact the vendor you got it from.

I purchased it from a member here and I believe he is blameless. That is why I asked if anyone thought Merkur might repair/replace it since the fault seems to be a production flaw that slipped through the QC process.

ALternatively, if I had to pay for a repair, some kind of weld I suppose, then I'd probably do that.

I was hoping I'd hear from someone with a direct contact so I could email them with the photos and hope they'd view my plight with understanding .... and marketing savvy.

contact merk, they may help u better or give u leads.

Now I will wait and hope.
