Help in ID'ing a razor

I was wondering if any of you fine razor folk could help me out with this one. A local friend said he recently acquired it, and asked if I could touch it up for him.
It looks like the scales are horn, it is a 4/8 full hollow. Best as I can tell. It is actually a bit higher than a 1/2 inch, closer to 9/16"
The top line says HOUSE, It seems to be referring to an address in London, England, not far from Windsor Castle. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Matt, based on the typeset of the other letters, (the "H" and "M") it is an "H" I wasn't sure after I checked again, under florescent lighting it looked like an "M" The horizontal is straight, not v'ed.

I cleaned this one up, and made a little box before I gave it back... Nothing special, but he appreciated it.

Bear,
Could you please post some pics of something you think is special? 'Cause if that ain't special, I'd like to see what is.

Shoot, never mind the pics, just send all your special stuff to me. I'll take it sight unseen.

Thanks guys!

My wife says I'm "special" but I somehow think it might not be a good thing! lol!!

The box is made of black Walnut, not a lot of shimmer, but its a nice clean piece. It is milled from a solid block, the lid is a slight press fit, the seam is undetectable to touch, you have to look for it to see it in normal light, the flash on the camera made it pop a wee bit visually. It is a left over piece from the cutting board the box is sitting on... Its kinda special. Black walnut and black cherry. It was 18 X 24 X 2"
