Help identify a blade based on the wrapper

I bought a 40-blade sampler and tried a new blade yesterday. Out of the 5 or 6 that I've tried, this blade gave the worst shave with lots of irritation and bleeding.

There are no markings on the blade, but the wrapper that it came in was decorated with light blue geometric shapes, almost in the shape of the letter "M". Please help me identify it based on my description of the wrapper so I know what to avoid in the future.

Ok, I figured out that it's a Kai. I will be avoiding these.

+1. It sounds like a Kai from your description. Sorry it didn't work for you. But I'm sure that with a 40 blade sampler, you'll find a blade (or several) that work for you. Happy testing!
