I've spent the better part ot the last hour between here and google, trying to find an old post, hopefully someone can help me. It is the one that someone posted a pictured that they had photoshopped the Raiders of the Lost Ark movie poster and had Indy all lathered up, and I think had Arko in there. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Google and bing image search both failed at this for me. There might be a variation or two in the archives, but brute force turned up this one:
Search engine fodder: raiders of the lost arko; razors of the lost arko.

That's the one, thanks. I tried every variation of the title including those you suggested and still had no luck.
