Help choosing new dress watch

I'm going to purchase a new black leather band/silver face dress watch. My current choices are:

Hamilton American Classic Intra-Matic Silver Dial Mens Watch H38755751 http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Amer...TF8&colid=2IWXGK7E51IIA&coliid=I147ALUICXKRRV

Tissot T-Classic Le Locle Mens Watch T41.1.423.33 http://www.amazon.com/Tissot-T-Clas...TF8&colid=2IWXGK7E51IIA&coliid=I3VYW7BKIJHQ6A

ORIENT Men's Watch ORIENTSTAR Classic Orient Star Classic WZ0251EL http://www.amazon.com/ORIENTSTAR-Cl...UTF8&colid=2IWXGK7E51IIA&coliid=I6KMJU4I3OL32

I would appreciate opinions, and other suggestions.

thanks guys

I have the Movado Museum Dial, and get a lot of compliments on it. It does not a silver face, but is a silver case and silver hands with a black face. Very sharp watch IMHO. I

This or the Hamilton. But then again, I like keeping it simple.

Of the three watches you posted, I believe the Hamilton has the better movement - ETA 2892. Or rather than "better" I should say it has a Swiss movement and should be serviceable by a local watch person who should have access to parts. It is unclear what movements the other two watches had, whether they will be as easy to get servicing on or not.

My vote goes to the Orient. They make a darn fine watch and the one you linked would look just as good next to a suit and tie as it would a pair of jeans and t-shirt. That watch is on my radar now.

Of the choices you listed, I like the Orient best and the Hamilton 2nd. I don't particularly like roman numerals on watches ever, but that's just my opinion. I think the Orient looks very classy and traditional but still has a modern sleekness to it. The Hamilton on the other hand looks much more purely modern/sleek. So I guess it's just what you are in the mood for!

Hi, my vote would be the Oreint, although to throw another option out there, how about a Christopher Ward; Swiss movement, British design and manufactured case.... link-> HERE
